I sat behind tourists on the street car this morning who were totally awe-struck by the most ordinary things. Fire trucks, big intersections, a fountain I pass every day. They pointed and laughed in unison at an oversized American flag outside a bank. It’s kinda breathtaking to watch your everyday life through the eyes of a foreigner.
