    Interesting.  The iPad ~thinks it has a camera. The ‘tap to return to call’ status bar is included in the SDK as well, even though it’s not supposed to handle GSM voice calls.
The obvious explanation would seem to be that they’re just leftover bits of the iPhone SDK…but part of me feels like this is just too obvious to miss - there are only eight hardware options for the simulator, you have to think someone would catch this.  And it’s not like the iPhone OS was really ‘ported’ over in any meaningful way - it heavily relies on the iPhone codebase, but this thing was written from scratch…
