So my mom wrote a cookbook, and it’s finally out. It’s all recipes using ingredients only from Trader Joe’s — if you like Trader Joe’s, you’ll probably love it. More importantly, I can’t cook at ~all — but the other week I opened the book and gave it the old college try, and it was basically like Top Chef.
